At Carole Parks Catering, weddings are nothing short of magnificent. They can help with venue selections, florals and décor, and of course a fabulous menu.  "I know that a wedding reception is successful when the bride and mother of the bride walk into the reception hall and huge smiles hit their faces," Parks says. "I have helped to make their dreams come true. That’s what it’s all about!"

From destination weddings to ceremonies at local venues like the Biltmore Ballrooms, CPC does it all.  They handle every aspect of your wedding day, from planning a multi-course dinner to today’s Popular Stations menu.  "A wedding reception is now geared more towards having separate, individually themed stations spread out among the entire space," Rogers says. "Each station contains a small meal.  This kind of an event makes for a great party atmosphere."

Wedding cakes are also making a change. Today’s cakes are created with dessert in mind to "wow" the guests with the great flavor and fun designs. "Our Pastry Chefs must have the ability and skills to think and produce a product outside of the box," Rogers says. "Each one is made on site, and they are each a piece of art."

Today’s brides are also very creative with their reception sites, whether it is at a home in Highlands, or a Beach wedding on St. George Island.  CPC has catered a wedding at an in-town Duck Pond just a short walk away from Christ The King’s Cathedral, as well as a formal seated dinner for 400 at the Fernbank Museum of Natural History.  They help brides make it happen with tents, decorative port-o-lets, dance floors, full bars, bands, and of course, great food.  If you can dream it, they can make it come true!
